Customer Sales Representative

Description:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to  manage client inquiries, generate sales, and coordinate packaging orders. The ideal candidate  should have strong communication skills and experience in dealing with customized box  packaging solutions.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.  

• Understand client requirements for custom box packaging (size, material,  printing, finishing).  

• Prepare quotations and pricing proposals based on specifications.  

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.  

• Coordinate with the design and production team for order  

processing.  

• Maintain customer database and sales records in CRM.  

• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.  

• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.  

Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).  

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in packaging, printing, or manufacturing  industry.  

• Strong communication and negotiation skills. 

• Ability to understand packaging specifications and pricing structure.  • Basic knowledge of packaging materials (corrugated boxes, rigid boxes, folding  cartons, etc.).  

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
