We're Hiring: Customer Sales Representative (Onsite – Lahore)

Dispatch World ~ a US-based truck dispatching company — is growing our Lahore team, and we're looking for an energetic Customer Sales Representative to join us. No experience? No problem. If you're confident on the phone and hungry to earn, we'll train you.

📍 Location: Onsite – Lahore, Pakistan
🕒 Shift: Night shift (US business hours)
💰 Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
📈 Level: Entry-level — full training provided

What you'll do:
- Connect with truck drivers and carriers to introduce our dispatching services
- Build relationships and sign new carriers onto our service
- Follow up with leads and keep our pipeline moving
- Work closely with the dispatch team to keep clients happy and loaded

What we're looking for:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- A confident, persuasive, people-first attitude
- Self-motivation and a drive to hit targets
- Willingness to learn the US trucking industry (we'll teach you everything)
- Prior sales or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required
