Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will act as the first point of contact for schools and educational institutions. You will play a key role in onboarding schools, maintaining relationships, and ensuring that all inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reach out to schools via phone, email, and social media to introduce our programs.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on leads.
• Schedule meetings, demos, and onboarding sessions with school representatives.
• Maintain and update customer records and communication logs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of programs.
• Assist in building long-term relationships with partner schools.
• Provide feedback from schools to improve services and offerings.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, and MS Office (training will be provided).
• Prior experience in customer service or client relations is a plus
• Passion for education, technology, or working with schools is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma.
• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Knowledge or interest in STEM/robotics education is a bonus.
