Customer Sales Representative

Exnosc is looking for a Customer Sales Representative to join our growing team! You will be handling customers from around the world for a UK-based transport services company. If you excel at communication, customer care, and converting inquiries into bookings, this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from international customers in a professional and timely manner.

Provide accurate information about transport hire services, including pricing, availability, and travel options.

Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings by clearly explaining services and benefits.

Prepare transport quotes and booking details based on customer requirements such as group size, routes, travel dates, and special requests.

Follow up with potential customers to increase booking conversion and close sales.

Address and resolve customer concerns related to bookings, quotes, schedules, and service details.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking confirmations and service delivery.

Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the booking system.

Manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.

Achieve daily and monthly booking targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Represent the company professionally when communicating with UK and international clients.

Requirements:

Fluent English with excellent speaking, listening, and comprehension skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Good sales mindset and confidence in closing bookings.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.

Good typing speed and computer proficiency, including email and basic office software.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work flexible shifts (day or night) based on company requirements.

Previous experience in customer service, sales, travel, or transport bookings is preferred but not mandatory.
