Customer Sales Representative

Description:

We are seeking a full-time Customer Sales Representative to join our team. This on-site role is based in Lahore and requires managing customer inquiries and fostering strong client relationships. Responsibilities include conducting sales outreach, identifying customer needs, promoting products and services, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and working closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Promote and sell company products/services to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely issue resolution
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven experience in sales or call center (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good English speaking skills (for international campaigns)
• Ability to work in night shifts (if required)
• Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
