Call Centre Agents

Description:

We are looking for confident and motivated Call Centre Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound cold calls, introducing our services to potential clients, generating leads, and booking appointments.

This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle objections professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers
• Present company products/services clearly and confidently
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments
• Follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
• Handle objections professionally and positively
• Maintain accurate call records in the system
• Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (spoken)
• Previous call centre or cold calling experience preferred
• Confidence in speaking with new people
• Basic computer skill
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
