Customer Sales Representative

Description:

We’re looking for a friendly, confident, and target-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our team at IBSCODEND. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them with their needs, building relationships, and making sure they have a smooth and positive experience with us. If you enjoy connecting with people and have a knack for sales, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Talk to customers over calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce our products and services
• Build strong relationships with clients and keep them coming back
• Understand customer needs and suggest the right solutions
• Answer questions, solve problems, and make sure customers feel valued
• Work toward sales targets and celebrate hitting them with the team
• Keep track of customer details and sales records
• Share feedback and ideas with the team to improve how we work and sell

What We’re Looking For

• Some experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required
• Great communication skills in both English and Urdu
• Someone who’s confident talking to people and building trust
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling is helpful
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to meet goals
• Comfortable working at our on-site office in Sabzazar, Lahore
