What You’ll Do:

• Analyze project specs & prepare accurate cost estimates
• Prepare and submit competitive bids
• Actively engage with clients and close deals
• Maintain client relationships and follow up on proposals
• Hit sales targets and support company growth

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Civil/Architectural Engineering, BBA, or related field
• Estimation experience (preferably in construction)
• Strong sales skills & negotiation expertise
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and proactive
• Excellent communication and tech-savvy with CRM & MS Office
