CommerceKind, a rapidly expanding eCommerce solutions provider specializing in Amazon marketplace optimization, is looking for a Customer Sales Representative to join its on-site team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and client-handling skills, with a strong preference for those with an American accent. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales, capable of building strong relationships with customers, and passionate about delivering value-driven service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage potential clients through calls, Zoom meetings, and emails to present the company’s services.

• Build strong and lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

• Negotiate terms, close sales, and maintain client satisfaction throughout the process.

• Provide support and updates to clients on their accounts and services.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.

• Meet and exceed individual and team-based sales targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or direct client interaction.

• Preferred American accent with excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence effectively.

• Confident, self-motivated, and capable of independently handling customer interactions.

• Proficient in using Zoom and managing professional email communications.

• Willingness to work night shifts (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday to Friday).

• Must be willing to relocate to Lahore if not currently residing there.
