We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about AI technology and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Engage with inbound & outbound leads via email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
✅ Understand client needs and recommend AI chatbot & automation solutions.
✅ Conduct live demos of AI SaaS products and address customer queries.
✅ Follow up with leads to convert free trials into paid customers.
✅ Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to improve lead conversion rates.
✅ Manage CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and maintain records of customer interactions.
✅ Upsell and cross-sell AI products to existing clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

🔹 Fluent in English (C1/C2 Level) – Strong communication & negotiation skills.
🔹 1+ years of experience in sales or customer support (preferably B2B SaaS).
🔹 Familiarity with AI, chatbots, or automation technology is a plus.
🔹 Proven ability to close deals & manage customer relationships.
🔹 Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
🔹 Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
