Customer Sales Representative

Description:

CommerceKind, a rapidly growing eCommerce solutions provider, is looking for a Customer Sales Representative to handle client interactions, negotiations, and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an American accent (preferred), and a proactive approach to sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Engage with potential and existing customers professionally and persuasively
✔ Handle Zoom calls, emails, and customer inquiries effectively
✔ Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
✔ Provide sales support and consultation to customers interested in eCommerce solutions
✔ Work collaboratively with the sales and customer success teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

🔹 Proven experience in sales, customer service, or client handling
🔹 Excellent verbal & written communication skills (American accent preferred)
🔹 Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
🔹 Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident in customer interactions
🔹 Familiarity with Zoom, email communication, and CRM tools

Job Timings & Work Schedule:

📌 Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
📌 Job Type: Full-time, On-Site (Lahore)
