* Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and online inquiries to generate sales.

* Explain custom packaging products including custom boxes, mailer boxes, retail packaging, and printed packaging.

* Understand customer requirements such as box dimensions, material, printing, quantity, and delivery timelines.

* Prepare and share price quotations based on customer specifications.

* Follow up on leads from website inquiries, social media, and marketing campaigns.

* Convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders and maintain customer information in CRM.

* Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accurate order processing.

* Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
