We're looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Sales Executive to join our growing team in the staff augmentation industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries professionally.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal recruitment team.
- Understand client hiring requirements and provide regular hiring pipeline updates.
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure positions are filled efficiently.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client communications.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, customer success, sales support, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work the evening/night shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
