Shift: Night | 2:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

🔑 Your Role & Responsibilities

💬 Sales & Customer Interaction

Handle outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and energy

Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions

Confidently close sales and meet/exceed targets

Maintain customer satisfaction through effective follow-ups

Market & Product Knowledge

Understand our service offerings and competitive edge in the US construction industry

Stay sharp on US market trends and customer behaviors

Tackle objections with confidence and smart rebuttals

🖥️ CRM & Reporting

Accurately record all interactions in CRM systems

Share daily/weekly performance updates with management

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine pitches and strategy

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

✅ Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
✅ Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused mindset
✅ Night shift availability (2:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Mon–Fri)
✅ Education: Minimum A/O Levels (Bachelor’s is a plus)
✅ Comfortable using computers, call center tools, and CRMs
