Customer Sale Executive

Description:

We are looking for Customer Sales Executives to drive sales, build customer relationships, and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to meet targets. The Customer Sales Executives will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer experience. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat

✔ Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability

✔ Engage with customers to promote products/services

✔ Handle inquiries and provide tailored solutions

✔ Achieve sales targets and boost revenue

✔ Maintain customer records and follow up on leads

Qualifications

✔ Education : 4 years Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication or related field preferably from LUMS, LSE, BNU, IBA or FC University.

✔ Experience : 1-3 years of sales experience

✔ Excellent English Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with customers.

✔ Computer Proficiency: Comfort with using computer systems for data entry and navigation of CRM software

✔ Customer Support and Customer Service skills

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
