🕔 Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Mon–Fri)

Icon Global (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for an experienced and customer-focused professional to handle customer retention via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include resolving queries, taking orders, upselling, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing or related field
2+ years of customer service experience
Strong communication skills
Familiarity with Zoho CRM is a plus
