Nelson Paints is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to join its team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer and dealer communication, coordinating orders, supporting sales activities, and building strong client relationships.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle customer, client, and dealer calls/emails professionally
✅ Manage order processing and coordinate with Production, Warehouse & Dispatch teams
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
✅ Guide customers regarding product selection, specifications, usage, and alternatives
✅ Support the sales team with reports, quotations, and documentation
✅ Handle customer complaints, resolutions, and feedback
✅ Maintain accurate records and prepare service reports
🔹 Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's/Master's degree from a reputed university in Karachi
💬 Strong communication skills in English & Urdu
💼 Prior experience in Customer Relationship/Customer Service required
🎨 Experience in the Paint or Chemical Manufacturing industry will be preferred
💻 Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and email drafting
🚗 Must be able to commute independently — no pick & drop provided
📍 Preference will be given to candidates residing in Korangi, Landhi, Malir, Shah Faisal Colony, and nearby areas.
