This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys solving client problems, improving satisfaction, and supporting long-term growth. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience and help drive the company’s service excellence forward.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
• Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and support
• Identify client needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address issues or concerns
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project updates
• Support retention strategies and contribute to client success initiatives
Who We're Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or account management role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts
• A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude
• Familiarity with CRM tools and a basic understanding of tech or digital services is a plus
