As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing client relationship management strategies and platforms to support the agency’s marketing campaigns and business goals. This role involves designing and executing CRM workflows, segmentation strategies, automation, and customer journey mapping to drive engagement, retention, and conversions. Expertise in GHL are required. Its a Full time Onsite role for our Lahore Office (Johar Town Phase 1)
