Duties :

 

  • Serve as the focal point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and provide timely and effective resolution to ensure satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address customer requests, resolve issues, and follow up on action items
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Actively promote additional products or services to customers to meet their evolving needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software or designated systems.
  • Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and contribute to process enhancements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service initiatives and strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors' offerings to better serve customers.

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

· Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients

· Ability to handle multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· Exceptional ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.

· Proficiency in using CRM software or other customer management systems is desirable

· Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
