Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound & outbound customer interactions with professionalism.

Build lasting customer relationships & ensure satisfaction.

Coordinate with sales & operations teams to resolve issues quickly.

Maintain records of queries, complaints, and feedback.


Requirements:

Experience at Mindbridge, Ovex, TRG, or Ibex call centers is highly preferred.

Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) are a must.

Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and problem-solving attitude.
