Description:
Customer Integration Specialist is responsible for providing technical integration and services support to NIQ GfK customers. This role develops and delivers professional services product content delivery scripts and exports to NIQ GfK global customer base. Creating, updating and maintaining NIQ GfK customer online help documentation is managed by Customer Integration Specialist. Operationally, this role assists customer success team and commercial team by creating reports / queries / analysis of catalog data.
Note: This is a Pakistan night shift position.
- Accompany commercial team to customer demos and calls, advise and participate in technical discussions regarding functionality, features, connectivity, development and test efforts
- Provide technical product catalog integration support via email, chat and calls
- Provide support to fellow customer success members in automating technical tasks and processes
- Provide / run basic reports for catalog for customers and North American sales reps
- Develop and deliver professional services product content delivery scripts and exports for existing and prospecting customers
- Manage customer delivery projects with some assistance by lead/manager
- Working with development team on customer reported bugs and issues and making sure they are addressed
- Taking customer requirements and assist manager in creating service SOWs
Qualifications
- Moderate Database knowledge of Oracle, MS SQL, mySQL
- Moderate understanding of at least one scripting language such as Java Script
- Basic knowledge of programing language such as Python and JAVA
- Basic understanding of Windows and Linux
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Experience working with at least one database management system
- At least 1-2 years of experience or equivalent working at GfK Etilize or outside GfK Etilize
