Customer Executive

Description:

We’re hiring a Customer Executive to support our travel insurance team!

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email & in-person
• Explain travel insurance products, coverage, exclusions & claims
• Process applications, cancellations, endorsements & renewals
• Coordinate with insurance partners for quotes & approvals
• Maintain CRM records and ensure proper documentation
• Stay updated on product knowledge & regulatory guidelines

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field
• 1–3 years of customer service experience (insurance preferred)
• Knowledge of travel insurance products
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools
• Detail-oriented, organized & can work under pressure
