Customer Development Representative

We are hiring Customer Development Representative (CDR) – Night Shift

💰 Salary: PKR 40,000 to 70,000 (based on experience) + Commission
📍 Location: Johar Town, Lahore
📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays On)
🕖 Office Timing: 07:00 PM to 03:00 AM (PST)

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to property owners in the USA to identify potential sellers.
• Explain the benefits of receiving cash offers for their property.
• Collect and document details about property condition, seller motivation, and timeline.
• Handle questions and objections professionally during calls.
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems with interaction details.
• Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies and achieve campaign goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills with a clear accent.
• Confidence and professionalism while speaking with clients.
• Ability to work during EST hours (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM Pakistan Time).
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, customer support, or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a results-driven mindset.
