🎯 Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle incoming calls for complaints, support, and service guidance
  • Make outbound calls to inform customers about vehicle alerts/activities
  • Assist with general queries related to our tracking services
  • Call customers for payment follow-ups
  • Maintain payment records and update recovery logs
  • Guide customers regarding payment methods and account issues

 

 

✅ Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (Urdu & basic English)
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools preferred)
  • Experience in customer service, tele sales or recovery will be a plus.
  • Confident, polite, and proactive attitude

 

✅ Qualification:

 

  • Intermediate / Graduate
