Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Manage reservations and respond to customer inquiries
• Follow up with guests for feedback and service quality
• Resolve complaints with professionalism and care
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer communication
• Maintain customer records and daily call reports
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional phone etiquette
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Basic computer knowledge
• Previous hospitality experience will be an advantage
