Customer Acquisition Associate

We’re expanding our U.S. Construction Estimation Services division and are looking for a Customer Acquisition Associate to join our team in DHA Phase 6, Lahore.

If you're confident on calls, great with communication, and excited to work with U.S.-based contractors and builders, this role is for you.

📍 Location: Onsite (DHA Phase 6, Lahore)
🕒 Shift: Night (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT)
💰 Salary: PKR 60,000 – 100,000 + USD-based commissions

You'll be responsible for:
✔️ Engaging U.S. contractors, builders & construction firms
✔️ Understanding client needs in bidding & estimation
✔️ Presenting our estimation services as the ideal solution
✔️ Driving lead conversions & building strong relationships

We’re looking for:
🔹 Strong English communication
🔹 Confidence speaking with international professionals
🔹 Organizational skills & a target-driven mindset
🔹 0–3 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged!)
