Description:
The Cultural Excellence Manager will play a strategic role in fostering a positive, high-performance, and values-driven work environment at ZAPTA. This role will focus on employee engagement, internal communication, brand-aligned culture initiatives, and embedding our organizational values into daily experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute programs that promote employee engagement, recognition, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead cultural rituals, including onboarding experiences, town halls, internal celebrations, and wellness activities.
- Own internal employer branding, aligning with marketing/HR to reflect ZAPTA's identity across digital and physical spaces.
- Partner with HR and leadership to enhance team dynamics, foster psychological safety, and promote cultural alignment.
- Collect feedback through surveys and engagement trackers to measure and evolve initiatives.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DIB) through intentional campaigns and storytelling.
- Support the design and communication of ZAPTA's core values, ensuring they are lived out across all departments.
- Collaborate with the social media team to amplify ZAPTA’s culture externally via LinkedIn and other platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in culture-building, employee engagement, or internal communications
- Strong emotional intelligence and creative thinking
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- A passion for people, storytelling, and team development
- Experience working in fast-paced or tech/startup environments is a plus
