Live Support is a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company providing high-quality customer support services to international clients. We are hiring Customer Support Representatives (CSR) for inbound support campaigns, handling customers from the United States through calls, live chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone calls, live chat, and email
  • Communicate confidently with US customers using a clear American accent
  • Resolve customer issues related to accounts, orders, and basic technical concerns
  • Accurately troubleshoot problems and provide timely solutions
  • Create, update, and manage helpdesk tickets
  • Maintain service quality standards and high customer satisfaction levels
  • Follow company SOPs and performance benchmarks

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer support experience (mandatory)
  • Excellent English communication skills with an American accent
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM or above
  • Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn new systems
  • Prior e-commerce or international call center experience is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
  • Ability to work night shifts consistently
