We are hiring Customer Support Representatives (CSR) for inbound support campaigns, handling customers from the United States through calls, live chat, and email.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone calls, live chat, and email
- Communicate confidently with US customers using a clear American accent
- Resolve customer issues related to accounts, orders, and basic technical concerns
- Accurately troubleshoot problems and provide timely solutions
- Create, update, and manage helpdesk tickets
- Maintain service quality standards and high customer satisfaction levels
- Follow company SOPs and performance benchmarks
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer support experience (mandatory)
- Excellent English communication skills with an American accent
- Typing speed of 40 WPM or above
- Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn new systems
- Prior e-commerce or international call center experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work night shifts consistently
