Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of CSR experience

Cold-calling experience to reach out to prospects

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to prospects.

Fluent in English

Prior experience in customer service / call center (Closer Role) preferred
