Role Description

 

  • Design forms, workflow processes, web services, plugins, and other components needed to meet the business requirements within the Dynamics 365 CRM system.
  • Design and develop Dynamics 365 CRM components and third-party integrations.
  • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using Forms, Native and Custom Entities, Plugins (JavaScript, C#), Actions, Microsoft Flows, PowerBI, PowerApps, and third-party applications, Azure Machine Learning, and SSRS Reports.
  • Ensure that all solutions are lightweight, scalable, completely secure, and built to an appropriate level of quality.
  • Work with business users to configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet requirements.
  • Develop and maintain new and existing applications, systems, custom reports, and database structures.
  • Create Design and Technical specifications document.
  • Assist and support other programmers in development, techniques, and coding assignments.
  • Work with Architects, Development team, Business Analysts, and Business users to produce software solutions
  • Develop, implement, and maintain applications on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM platform.
  • Build end points to integrate Dynamics with external systems and sources using SOAP, XML, and REST APIs along with different integration patterns. This includes but not limited to CRM Native APIs or Custom development (wrapper Layers). CRM may work as both consumer and provider.
  • Develop scripts, identify, and resolve website bugs on Microsoft Dynamic CRM to enhance user experience.
  • Contribute to the code review, best practices, and CRM customization standards to be utilized on Dynamics CRM-based projects
  • Build and configure CRM forms, views, dashboards and workflows, plugins, web resources/scripts
  • Create and maintain schema and code to support system/program requirements and adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Create and maintain appropriate user and technical documentation
  • Work with clients to resolve problems in a timely manner and escalate as appropriate • Work independently, balance multiple/competing priorities and execute accordingly

 

Qualifications

  • At least 5+ years of experience in CRM implementation & Support
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform analytical assessment
  • Expertise in business processes and the ability to identify needs in business processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Prior experience in technical consulting and/or implementation of complex systems
