Crm Specialist

Description:

We’re looking for a CRM Administrator with 1–5 years of proven experience in managing and automating CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.

Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and optimize CRM systems
• Implement automation workflows for lead management, reporting, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records and generate detailed reports/dashboards
• Support sales, marketing, and operations teams with CRM insights
• Train staff and ensure best practices in CRM usage

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of proven experience as a CRM Administrator
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
• Strong knowledge of workflow automation and reporting tools
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable business insights
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred)
