Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CRM database with accuracy
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally
Follow up with leads and coordinate meetings/quotations
Liaise between clients, sales, technical, and installation teams
Maintain organized client records and generate follow-up reports
Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from inquiry to delivery
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
1–2 years of experience in a customer service or CRM role (experience in home interiors or related products is a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of MS Office and CRM tools
Highly organized, responsible, and able to work under deadlines
