Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pipedrive CRM Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our customer relationship management processes.

Responsibilities:

·        Manage the end-to-end process of importing and migrating data into Pipedrive CRM.

·        Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the migration process.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data requirements.

·        Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data migration.

·        Create and configure user accounts in Pipedrive CRM according to organizational needs.

·        Implement user roles and permissions to ensure proper access control.

·        Provide user training and support to maximize utilization of the CRM system.

·        Regularly audit user accounts and configurations for compliance and efficiency.

·        Design and implement workflow automation processes to streamline business operations.

·        Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and document workflow requirements.

·        Utilize Pipedrive's automation features to optimize lead management, sales processes, and customer interactions.

·        Continuously assess and improve automated workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

·        Develop and generate custom reports and dashboards in Pipedrive CRM.

·        Work closely with business analysts to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.

·        Analyze CRM data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

·        Provide regular reports to management, highlighting CRM performance and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

·        Proven experience as a CRM Developer, preferably with Pipedrive CRM.

·        ReactJS, NodeJS, Webpack, CI/CD and Git Source control.

·        Customizing Pipedrive CRM based on client’s business requirements.

·        Strong understanding of data import and migration processes.

·        Proficiency in configuring user accounts and roles within CRM systems.

·        Experience in designing and implementing workflow automation.

·        Advanced knowledge of reporting and analytics within CRM platforms.

·        Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·        Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
