Crm Automation Associate

Description:

360SynergyTech (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a CRM Automation Associate with 1+ year of relevant experience in CRM workflows, funnel building, and automation systems.

The ideal candidate must be a graduate, possess excellent spoken and written English, and be confident in dealing with US-based international clients in a professional software house environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage sales funnels and marketing funnels

• Build and maintain automation workflows in tools like GoHighLevel and n8n

• Manage CRM workflows, lead routing, pipeline updates, and follow-up automations

• Coordinate with US-based clients for CRM and automation requirements

• Monitor workflow performance and troubleshoot automation issues

• Maintain data accuracy, SOPs, and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (from a reputable university)

• Around 1 year of CRM / automation experience

• Hands-on experience with funnel building and automation tools

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong confidence in international client communication

• Experience with GoHighLevel and n8n preferred

• Must be available for 4 PM – 1 AM shift
