What You'll Do
✅ Review and assess credit applications and make independent credit decisions
✅ Evaluate customer creditworthiness, repayment capacity, and financial profiles
✅ Analyze loan structures, collateral adequacy, and policy compliance
✅ Recommend approval, modification, or decline of credit facilities with clear justification
✅ Collaborate with business, risk, and recovery teams to support sound lending decisions
✅ Provide feedback to improve credit underwriting quality

What We're Looking For
🎓 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
💼 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience preferred
🏦 Background in Banking, Call Centers, BPO, Fintech, Microfinance, Credit Services, Credit Rating Agencies, or Telecommunications is a plus
