Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Operations Officer to manage credit documentation, client onboarding, and disbursement processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in leasing or financial services and a strong understanding of credit compliance and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process new client account onboarding and documentation.
  • Conduct credit evaluation and verify supporting documents.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and process client disbursements accurately and timely.
  • Maintain proper credit files and operational records.
  • Coordinate with sales, credit, and operations teams for smooth processing.
  • Monitor and ensure completion of all credit approval and disbursement requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in leasing, banking, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of credit documentation and compliance procedures.
  • Ability to manage disbursement processes independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
