What You'll Do:
✔ Lead and mentor the credentialing team
✔ Manage provider credentialing and payer enrollments
✔ Ensure compliance with industry standards
✔ Coordinate with insurance payers and internal teams
✔ Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
What We're Looking For:
🔹 3+ years of credentialing experience
🔹 Knowledge of CAQH, PECOS & NPPES
🔹 Strong leadership and communication skills
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office
