Credentialing Specialist

Description:

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who can navigate the complexities of insurance credentialing, provider enrollment, and regulatory compliance with confidence.

What You'll Do:

• Manage CAQH, NPPES, and PECOS portals

• Submit and follow up on credentialing and DEA registration applications

• Enroll providers for ERA/EFT with payers

• Coordinate with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurers

• Maintain organized, accurate credentialing records

• Follow up with payers on network status

What We're Looking For:

• 2–3 years of credentialing experience (Medical & Behavioral Health)

• Hands-on experience with CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and similar portals

• Knowledge of provider licensing, DEA, and board certifications

• Strong communication skills and sharp attention to detail
