ReZAM Healthcare & Management is looking for a professional, detail-oriented, and motivated Credentialing Specialist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have experience in provider credentialing and are looking to grow their career in the U.S. healthcare industry.

💼 Role Overview:
As a Credentialing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing provider enrollment, credentialing, re-credentialing, and maintaining accurate provider records while ensuring compliance with insurance and healthcare regulations.

✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (Minimum Qualification)
• Managed and navigated Federal Insurance programs, including Medicare and Medicaid along with Portal creation.
• Created and maintained accounts on the Availity Portal and other required credentialing portals like UHC, Optum etc.
• Managed NPPES Registry, Group & Individual Provider Enrollment, PECOS, and I&A for Medicare and Medicaid.
• Handled the initial creation and maintenance of provider profiles in the CAQH database.
• Coordinated with insurance payers to submit credentialing applications and conduct timely follow-ups.
• Managed provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes to ensure compliance with payer requirements.
• Reviewed and maintained provider and group documentation, including required compliance documents.
• Able to handle team pressure.
