Description:
TechMatter is hiring a Credentialing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US healthcare credentialing, specifically with payer enrollment, CAQH maintenance, NPI registrations, and insurance portal navigation. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Block 2, P.E.C.H.S. with working hours from 6 PM to 3 AM (Night Shift).
As a Credentialing Expert, you will be responsible for managing re-credentialing processes, following up on pending statuses, and ensuring all client-specific requirements are met efficiently. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance credentialing, and the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage US healthcare credentialing processes, including payer enrollment, CAQH maintenance, NPI registrations, and insurance portal navigation
Handle re-credentialing and follow-ups, ensuring timely status tracking
Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance credentialing guidelines
Work independently to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring proper email etiquette and clear documentation
Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in US healthcare credentialing
Strong understanding of payer enrollment, CAQH maintenance, NPI registrations, and insurance portal navigation
Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance credentialing guidelines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to client-specific processes
