As a Creative Trainee at Empiric Technology, you will have the chance to work closely with our creative team, gaining hands-on experience in digital design, content creation, and branding. You’ll assist in developing visuals and concepts for a variety of digital platforms, helping to shape projects that resonate with clients and users. Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Assist in creating visually engaging designs for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
- Content & Digital Assets creation: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop digital assets and content ideas that align with brand messaging and goals.
- Image & Video Editing: Support in editing short-form video content & images for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Branding Journey Support: Actively contribute to branding projects that enhance Empiric Technology’s brand identity and visual storytelling, helping with brand consistency across all media. This also includes supporting Branding journey for new Products, Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) etc.
- Research and Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to bring fresh ideas and inspiration to the team.
- Collaboration: Work alongside executive team, designers, content creators, creative associates and marketing professionals to complete projects and gain exposure to various facets of creative work.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Take on other tasks as assigned, offering & crating innovative and creative solutions. Actively contributing to the overall success of the Creative team.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Media, Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 0.5-1 year of experience in Graphic Designing, Digital Creative Assets Design or a closely related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- Design Skills: Basic proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Content Creation: Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and a strong understanding of content that resonates with audiences.
- Image & Video Editing: Basic knowledge of video & image editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or other similar tools.
- Creativity: A passion for visual storytelling with an interest in marketing, branding and digital media.
