🚀 We’re Hiring: Creative Strategist (Female Preferred)

If you’re someone who can turn messy ideas into powerful brand strategies and execute them through engaging social media campaigns — we want you on our team.

You’ll be working on in-house brands as well as client projects across design, web, and marketing in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute creative brand and social media strategies aligned with business goals
* Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics)
* Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok
* Translate brainstorming ideas into clear campaigns, messaging, and content direction
* Monitor audience engagement (comments, DMs, mentions) and build community interaction
* Run and optimize paid social media campaigns when required
* Track performance using analytics tools and generate actionable reports
* Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and identity across all platforms
* Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes
* Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to deliver impactful campaigns

✅ Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing / Creative Strategy / Digital Marketing
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
* Ability to think creatively and develop out-of-the-box campaign ideas
* Excellent communication and content writing skills
* Experience with social media management and analytics tools
* Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools is a plus
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

📌 Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block 2 – Karachi
⏰ Shift : 3pm - 12pm | 2pm - 10pm
💰 Salary: PKR 80,000 – 130,000
