Description:
We're hiring a Creative Marketing Associate who treats AI as a working tool. You'll run paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn while using generative AI to produce ad creative and copy at a pace a traditional one-person marketing seat can't match. This isn't a “post on Instagram” role — you'll own real ad spend, real KPIs, and the AI workflows that make both scale. If you can write a nice caption but have never opened Ads Manager, this role will feel like a mismatch.
What You'll Own
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, focused on lead generation for our software services
- Devise marketing strategies for both Convertt's own services and client accounts — this role isn't limited to in-house campaigns
- Use generative AI tools (image generation, AI copywriting) to produce ad creative and copy variants at scale for A/B testing
- Build and refine AI-driven workflows for audience segmentation and personalized messaging
- Monitor CTR, CPA, and ROAS daily, and reallocate budget/creative rotations based on what the data says
- Design and optimize the funnel from ad click to conversion, running structured A/B tests along the way
- Own continuous optimization and planning across multiple funnels simultaneously — not a set-it-and-check-later approach
- Track AI/software industry trends and competitor moves using social listening and research tools to keep our positioning sharp
What We Are Looking For
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools for copywriting, image generation, or data analysis — show us specifically how you've used them, not just that you're aware of them
- Comfort reading CTR, CPA, and ROAS and turning that into a creative or budget decision, not just a report
- A genuine eye for design and the ability to write persuasive, brand-aligned copy
- A keen eye for the trends shaping founder-led businesses, plus a deep, practical understanding of virality marketing — what actually makes content spread, not just theory
- Calm, methodical problem-solving when a platform policy or tracking setup breaks mid-campaign
Nice To Have
- Experience marketing in a B2B, SaaS, or software house environment
- Basic understanding of how LLMs work — enough to help market our own AI-driven services credibly
- Familiarity with SEO and CRM/automation tools like HubSpot or GoHighLevel
- A portfolio with real examples of AI-assisted campaign work
