Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end video production and visual content creation
• Develop and execute data-driven creative strategies for social media growth
• Manage copywriting, campaign messaging, and brand-aligned content
• Mentor and manage creative team, fostering innovation and collaboration
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to deliver compelling presentations and campaigns
• Explore emerging technologies and AI tools to enhance creative output

Requirements:
• 6+ years in creative roles with proven social media/product growth success
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, or related field
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva, Premiere, After Effects
