Creative Manager

 

Description:

Responsible for managing marketing content from script-to-screen and deliver punchy & persuasive communications for digital or broadcast mediums.

Operational Role & Responsibilities:
- Initiating creative development from conceiving the big idea to conceptualizing, copywriting, storyboarding and finally production of the communications in collaboration with internal art/design team and external production houses.
- Develop innovative, creative campaign concepts that increase brand awareness, solidify client loyalty and ultimately drive sales with the Art Director & Brand Custodian
- Conducting brainstorming sessions, pitching fresh ideas, and mind melding with brand and art teams to develop concepts.
- deliver the appropriate volume of high quality executions and variations to help Art Team meet its overall volume requirements
- Architect connecting stories and develop brand characters that deeply connect with consumers in a way that motivates and inspires them to take action, through constantly deriving inspirations from popular success stories.
- Master at doing the obsessive video editing that is necessary to bring the big idea to life in a way that engages, entertains and compels.
- Responsible for leading all aspect of all production from pre-production and budgeting, all the way to sound design and color grading etc.
- Analyzing all ad campaign KPIs to identify patterns and applying those learnings for future ad cycles
- Play a vital role in the direct development and mentoring of in-house design & animation talent
- Guide selection of photographers, illustrators, models and any props or vendors necessary for a project Lead the conversation around the newest and best digital marketing trends, including understanding usability, browser environment, search engine marketing, brand strategy and more
- Act as a thought leader by continuously identifying and finding solutions for areas of opportunity in the business by way of creative problem solving and brand alignment

Strategic Role:
- Assist Marketing & Communication Manager division head in developing communications strategy & direction for a wide portfolio of product brands and corporate brand.
- Closely working with brand team for developing positioning and persona of each brand in line with overall business objectives.

Experience Requirements
- Overall 5+ years of experience at reputable creative agency
- 2+ years within an agency in same role

Education: Master’s degree in an art, fine arts or design
