Description:
You’re responsible for managing 2 content teams(each with 3 people: CE, GD, SME). Your job is to make sure the teams are hitting daily targets, content is on-brand, and performance is being tracked properly.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise a team, make sure daily tasks are completed
- Review and approve content (images, threads, reels) before it goes live
- Maintain creative quality across posts, visuals, and captions
- Track output per person using Airtable (images, threads, reels)
- Identify working content and help push it for reuse across other assets
- Keep team on SOPs, train, guide, and flag any blockers
- Report pod performance weekly to Project Manager
- Ensure content is aligned with platform formats and goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who’s managed creative execution before (not just strategy)
- Understands social content formats (image, text thread, short video)
- Can lead a team without micromanaging
- Comfortable using Project Management Tools, Slack, and Google Drive to manage workflow
- Pays attention to visual and tonal quality of posts
- Knows how to keep people accountable without needing reminders
