RG Blue Communications is looking for a Creative Manager specializing in Concepts & Copy — a sharp thinker, compelling storyteller, and team player who can turn insights into powerful ideas. This is a hardcore advertising role, focused on big ideas, impactful content, and strategic storytelling. If you love crafting campaigns and not creating layouts, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

  • This is not a design or visual execution role — software skills like Photoshop or Illustrator are not relevant here.
  • This is not a software house or client-side marketing position.
  • Only candidates with a proven track record in advertising agencies and experience developing 360° campaigns will be considered.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

Creative Ideation & Concept Development

  • Turn client briefs into bold, platform-neutral campaign ideas
  • Create umbrella concepts that can live across TV, digital, activation, and more
  • Lead idea development from pitch decks to post-launch evolution

Scriptwriting & Copywriting

  • Write compelling scripts for TVCs, digital videos, branded content, and more
  • Craft taglines, campaign narratives, and voice-driven copy across platforms
  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and creative depth in all written assets

Content Planning & Development

  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to plan content calendars and messaging frameworks
  • Co-develop digital content ideas that align with broader campaign thinking
  • Shape story arcs that build brand voice over time, not just one-off moments

Collaboration & Campaign Ownership

  • Partner with creative directors, strategists, and client service to co-lead campaigns
  • Present creative work with confidence, rationale, and openness to feedback
  • Guide junior writers and thinkers when needed

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in a creative role at a leading advertising agency
  • Proven experience developing 360 campaigns — including TVCs, digital, activations, etc.
  • A portfolio that showcases conceptual strength, strategic thinking, and script/copywriting chops

Soft Skills That Matter

  • Story-first thinker with a sharp eye for brand voice and cultural relevance
  • Confident communicator and persuasive presenter
