Win Win Marketing is seeking a highly creative, motivated, and experienced Creative Manager to lead our design, branding, and content creation teams. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, a strong visual sense, and strategic thinking to support our real estate marketing campaigns and digital presence.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead creative strategy and visual direction for real estate projects
• Manage and inspire a team of graphic designers, video editors, animators & content creators
• Oversee branding, social media content, corporate profiles, brochures, and digital ads
• Collaborate with marketing & sales teams for campaign alignment
• Ensure consistency across all digital and print creatives
• Direct video shoots, DVCs, and animations when required
• Manage timelines, approvals, and execution of all creative deliverables

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media Sciences, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a creative or design management role (preferably in real estate or advertising)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design/video tools
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Creative portfolio showcasing design, branding, and campaign work
