Description:
We are seeking a Creative Graphic & Visual Designer with exceptional design aesthetics, technical mastery, and marketing intuition. You will conceptualize, design, and deliver world-class visuals, ranging from ad campaigns and social content to brand identities, 3D product renders, and interactive prototypes.
This role requires not just design execution, but creative direction, ensuring every asset aligns with the client’s brand philosophy and delivers measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop high-conversion ad creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other paid media platforms.
• Create visually compelling brand identities, packaging, and brand guidelines.
• Design website and app UI/UX with pixel-perfect execution in Figma or equivalent prototyping tools.
• Produce 3D product renders, animations, and mockups for digital campaigns, catalogs, and product launches.
• Build interactive prototypes for client presentations and campaign previews.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists, copywriters, and content creators to translate concepts into visuals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables while adapting to platform-specific requirements.
• Stay ahead of design, e-commerce, and digital marketing trends, including emerging AI design workflows.
Tools & Technical Expertise
Mandatory:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – Expert Level
• Figma – UI/UX design & prototyping
• Blender / Cinema 4D / 3ds Max – 3D design, rendering & animation
• Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro – Motion graphics & video post-production
• Prototyping Tools (Figma Interactive Components, Webflow, Framer) for interactive mockups
• Knowledge of lighting, texturing, and rendering pipelines for realistic 3D outputs
Plus Points:
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools (Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly)
• Knowledge of Augmented Reality (AR) product visualization for e-commerce
Requirements
• 3+ years of professional design experience in an agency or e-commerce environment.
• Strong portfolio covering ad creatives, branding, UI/UX, and 3D work.
• Ability to think strategically about brand positioning and visual storytelling.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and how design impacts conversion.
• Exceptional time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
